Northeastern Vine Supply is a Vermont licensed wholesale and retail nursery serving the northern United States since 2002 with grapevines of the best cold hardy varieties from the University of Minnesota, Elmer Swenson, and select French hybrids.  Vineyards can now be grown where the temperature drops to -30F. 

Each year, 70,000 vines of 20 different varieties of grapes are propagated and processed in our outdoor nursery and are available by mail order or pick up as bare root vines.  Our deep, gravelly sand loam, black plastic mulch, drip irrigation, and use of crop rotations combine with attentive and sustainable management practices to produce healthy vines with vigorous, fibrous roots. Potted greenhouse grown vines and tissue cultured vines are also available. 

Orders are taken year round for delivery in the Spring.  Typical planting time in the north is mid April through late May.
