Newhall Farm has 400+ acres with orchards and newly planted vineyard that is currently partnering production of ice cider and apple brandy from their estate certified organic apples. Committed to excellence in producing only high quality, natural products while using skilled animal husbandry, Newhall Farm also fosters responsible stewardship of the land. Vermont heritage products also include maple syrup, honey, grass fed beef, and pastured lamb. No growth hormones or fed antibiotics are ever used. Current production from a little over 400 vines of Marquette, Frontenac, Petite Pearl, La Crescent, and Frontenac Gris is slated for brandy.
